By typing my name below and checking the box, I authorize JJ Motor Group LLC ("Dealer") to obtain my consumer credit report(s) and related information from one or more consumer reporting agencies in connection with this application for vehicle financing, which I am submitting voluntarily. I understand that this consumer-initiated application provides a permissible purpose under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act for obtaining my credit report, and that the credit inquiry may appear on my credit report. I further authorize Dealer to share this application and my credit information with lenders, financial institutions, and other finance sources in order to arrange or obtain financing, and to obtain additional consumer credit reports, as permitted by law, in connection with the review, servicing, or collection of any account or obligation resulting from this application. I acknowledge that this is an application for credit and that submitting it does not guarantee that credit or financing will be approved or offered. I certify that the information I have provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I agree that Dealer and the finance sources reviewing my application may contact me about this application by telephone, text message, or email using the contact information I have provided; message and data rates may apply. I agree that typing my name and checking the box constitutes my electronic signature, with the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature, and I consent to the use of electronic records and signatures in connection with this application. A copy of this signed authorization will be retained with my application record.
